Propargite has contact and stomach poisoning effects, and has no systemic or osmotic conduction effects. It is effective against adult mites and nymphal mites, but has poor egg-killing effect. Propargite can control pest mites on cotton, vegetables, apples, citrus, tea, flowers and other crops.
How to use Propargite:
1. Control of cotton pests: To control spider mites, use 40-80ml of 73% EC per acre and spray 75-100kg of water.
2. Control of fruit tree pests: Control citrus spider mites, citrus rust ticks, apple spider mites, and hawthorn spider mites.
3. Prevention and control of tea pests: To control tea gall mites and tea orange gall mites, spray 1500-2000 times of 73% EC.
4. Prevention and control of vegetable spider mites: To control eggplant and cowpea spider mites, use 30-50ml of 73% EC per acre and spray 75-100kg of water.
Precautions
1. Under high temperature and high humidity conditions, spraying high concentrations of Propargite can be harmful to seedlings and young leaves of some crops. For the sake of crop safety, for melons, beans, cotton seedlings, etc. under 25cm, the dilution factor of 73% EC should not be less than 3000 times. But for citrus new shoots, the dosage should not be lower than 2,000 times.
2. Safety protective gear must be worn when applying. If it accidentally comes into contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with water. If swallowed by mistake, drink a large amount of milk, protein or water immediately and send to hospital for treatment.
3. This product can be mixed with general pesticides, except that it cannot be mixed with Bordeaux mixture and strong alkali pesticides.
4. Propargite is a contact pesticide and has no tissue penetration. Therefore, it is necessary to evenly spray both sides of the crop leaves and the surface of the fruit.
