Thifensulfuron-methyl 75% wdg
Thifensulfuron-methyl is a systemic post-emergence selective herbicide that inhibits the synthesis of branched-chain amino acids, including valine, leucine, and isoleucine, preventing cell division and halting the growth of sensitive crops. It is primarily used to control broadleaf weeds in cereal crops such as wheat, barley, oats, and corn. Effective against weeds like redroot pigweed, purslane, shepherd’s purse, and others, it is not effective against thistle, field bindweed, or grass weeds. For wheat and barley, apply from the 2-leaf stage to pre-boot stage, when weeds are in the 2 to 4-leaf stage. Use a 75% dry suspension agent at 0.25–0.41g per 100 square meters, mixed with 4.5kg of water and 0.2% non-ionic surfactant, and apply as a foliar spray.
