Project Description
AWINER imazamox description
Imazamox herbicide is a kind of selective herbicide.
Imazamox Biochemistry
Imazamox herbicide Biochemistry chain amino acid synthesis (ALS or AHAS) inhibitor. Hence reduces levels of valine,
leucine and isoleucine, leading to disruption of protein and DNA synthesis. Imazamox herbicide selectivity in soya benas
and peanuts is attributed to rapid detoxification via hydroxylation and glycosylation.
Imazamox Mode of action
Imazamox herbicide mode of action systemic herbicide, absorbed by the roots and foliage, with translocation in the xylem
and phloem, and accumulation in the meristematic regions.
Imazamox Application
Imazamox herbicide is mainly used on soybean to control of many major annual and perennial grass and broad-leaved
weeds in soya beans and other leguminous crops, like Wild oats, weed, barley green bristlegrass, setaria glauca, watch niang,
millet, thousand gold, digitaria, duck plantar grass (3 leaf stage before), black nightshade, abutilon, amaranthus retroflexus,
quinoa, quinoa, xanthium sibiricum, Chinese mosla herb, water thorn needle, Wolf put grass, chickweed, willow leaf sword
smartweed, skunk petals etc.
